This guarantees each part of your new homes construction receives the best quote possible. Your PHAA protects your interests and keeps your project in mind every step of the way.
Permits and Foundations
As an owner finisher your PHAA immediately puts his or her extensive construction experience to work helping you pull the many required permits for your home site construction. As construction gets underway your consultant will guide you through the process for off site code compliance questions. Your PHAA will help you through the endless stream of required local checks at the city or county level throughout the on-site construction phase. You PHAA makes sure every element of your home meets or exceed code requirements and makes sure all parties involved in the building process meets state building license requirements.
Modular Home Installation
Now that the foundation is complete and the home is delivered to the home site. The PHAA can be on site if been pre arranged as a fee based condition. If on-site the supervisor can help with the process of securing your home to its foundation. Throughout the finishing process your PHAA can make arrangements to be on-call to answer any questions that may arise. He or she will make sure that your home surpasses all required regulations. Your consultant can guide you with scheduling and inspections of utility connections for strict code compliance in preparation for inspection by local building authorities.
Exterior Finish and Move In
Upon completion of the modular home construction your PHAA can guide you through the completion of the exterior amenities you have selected. This can include any garage, deck, sidewalks and landscaping you have purchased with your new home.
